1. What you are buying
FluxNote is a digital subscription service. There is no physical product, shipping address, or delivery carrier. A subscription gives you account access to the FluxNote application and the entitlements for the plan you purchase.
Free is a notes workspace with manual editing and up to 5 Structure documents. Core and higher plans include unlimited Structure documents and the complete Skills and Memory systems. Core includes 150 points per month; Pro includes 1,500; Max includes 3,500. Pro and Max add points, not a separate feature set.
2. Activation after payment
Creem confirms the transaction and sends FluxNote a signed subscription event. After FluxNote verifies that event, the account is assigned the purchased plan and its current-period points. Activation normally completes within minutes, but a payment-provider or network delay can make it take longer.
If you were charged but your account still shows Free after a reasonable wait, do not buy the plan again. Contact ezra.su@fluxlinks.com and include the account email plus your Creem receipt, order ID, or transaction ID.
3. Subscription access
Paid access continues through the paid billing period, subject to account status, payment status, acceptable use, and applicable law. Points are available for that period only and do not roll over. A cancellation normally stops the next renewal rather than ending access immediately.
Plan changes may be prorated by Creem. The checkout or customer portal shows the applicable charge, credit, tax, and timing before the change is completed.
4. Service issues
If the service is unavailable, a paid plan is not activated, or a subscription feature does not work as described, contact us at ezra.su@fluxlinks.com. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.
