Prices are in USD. Creem shows any applicable taxes and the final charge at checkout, processes the payment, and renews a paid subscription monthly until you cancel it.

Core and above include the complete writing system. Points measure model work rather than manual access to the workspace; they are not cash and do not roll over after the current billing period. You can manage or cancel through Creem; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. See the refund policy for refund eligibility and statutory rights.

Refunds are not automatically prorated by points. We generally consider a full refund for a recent charge when no AI points or paid features were used, and for duplicate charges, activation failures, material service problems, or legal requirements. Once paid features or AI points have been used, refunds are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

What uses points?
Only model work: talking to the assistant, rebuilding prose into structure, generating prose from saved structure, or applying organization and voice memory. Writing, organizing notes, editing structure by hand, and reviewing memory do not.
How far do points go?
It depends on the length of the draft and the work requested. A short assistant exchange uses less than a full rebuild, which runs several reasoning stages. FluxNote shows the cost of each operation so your balance stays legible.
What does Free include?
Free is a regular notes workspace with manual editing and up to 5 Structure documents. It does not include AI points, the Skills system, or the Memory system. Core unlocks unlimited Structure documents and the complete writing system; Pro and Max add more points.
Can I evaluate FluxNote for free?
Yes. No card is required. Free includes writing, organizing notes, manual editing, and up to 5 Structure documents. When you want unlimited Structure, Skills, Memory, and AI-assisted work, Core starts with 150 points per month.
Do points roll over?
No. Each monthly billing period has its own allowance. Unused points expire when that period ends, and the next period starts with the points included in your plan.
What happens when I cancel?
Your paid access normally remains available until the end of the period you already paid for. Creem stops the next automatic renewal; cancelling does not by itself create a refund for the current period.
How do refunds work?
FluxNote does not promise automatic points-based or prorated refunds. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current period. We generally consider a full refund for a recent charge when no AI points or paid features were used, plus duplicate charges, activation failures, material service problems, and statutory rights.
