Terms of Service

1. Agreement and the service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Liuxing Lianjie Network Technology Co., Ltd(“FluxNote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the service, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FluxNote.

FluxNote is a writing workspace that turns prose into editable, source-grounded structure, lets you inspect claims and relationships, generates prose from saved structure using writing memory, and keeps AI edits reviewable and reversible. The service includes the website atfluxlinks.com, the FluxNote application at app.fluxlinks.com, and related software, documentation, email, and support services. Feature availability depends on your plan, as described in Section 5.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use FluxNote. The service is not directed to children. If you use FluxNote for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Keep your account information accurate and keep your password and sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or session has been used without permission.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in the articles, notes, outlines, prompts, style samples, and other material that you submit to FluxNote (“Your Content”). You are responsible for Your Content, including making sure that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and transform it.

You give FluxNote a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and process Your Content only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service for you, to comply with law, and to prevent abuse. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for copies that must be retained for security, legal, billing, or backup purposes.

FluxNote may use your documents to build the organization and voice context, writing memory, and revision history that power features you request. We do not claim ownership of your writing or of your final drafts.

4. AI-assisted features

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. It may also be similar to output given to other users. You must review output before publishing, sending, or relying on it. FluxNote is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, academic, editorial, or other professional advice.

When you request an AI operation, FluxNote may send relevant text, instructions, structure, style context, and conversation history to the model provider configured for the service. The current production integration sends requests through OpenRouter, currently using the `deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash` model by default. The model and routing may change as the service evolves. See the Privacy Policy andOpenRouter Terms for details about that third-party service.

5. Plans, points, and subscriptions

FluxNote offers a free plan and the paid plans shown below. The free plan does not require a card. There is no paid trial. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal.

Free is intended for ordinary notes and limited manual Structure editing. You may create and keep up to 5 Structure documents on Free. Core and higher plans include unlimited Structure documents and the complete Skills and Memory systems; Pro and Max add points rather than a different feature set.

Points are usage credits for model work, not money, stored value, or a payment instrument. Model operations can use different amounts depending on the work performed; FluxNote displays usage in your account. Points are tied to the current monthly billing period, do not roll over, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value.

For purchases processed through Creem, Creem calculates and displays applicable taxes, discounts, currency conversion, and the final amount at checkout. Subscription management and plan changes may be handled through the Creem customer portal and its applicable rules. FluxNote does not independently calculate or collect card details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Creem customer portal or the link in your Creem receipt. Unless the law or Creem’s terms require otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged for the next period.

Refund requests

Cancelling a subscription normally stops the next renewal and leaves paid access available through the current paid period; it does not automatically refund that period. Because Core and higher plans include non-metered features such as unlimited Structure documents, Skills, and Memory, refund eligibility is not determined solely by points remaining.

We generally consider a full refund for the most recent paid period if requested promptly and no AI points or paid features were used. We may also refund duplicate or erroneous charges, paid-but-not-activated accounts, material service failures, or charges where a refund is required by law. Once AI points or paid features have been used, refunds are not normally available; exceptional cases are reviewed individually. No fixed partial-refund formula is promised.

See the Refund Policy for the request process and full details. Creem’sBuyer Terms, its transaction procedures, and mandatory consumer rights apply in addition to and prevail over this policy where they provide greater rights.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use FluxNote to:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or violate a contract;
• upload malware, credentials, payment-card data, or information you are not authorized to process;
• generate or distribute content that exploits children, facilitates violence, or meaningfully enables fraud or abuse;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits or security controls;
• scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service or other users; or
• use AI output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about another person.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, or when required by law. We will provide notice where practical and appropriate.

8. FluxNote’s intellectual property

FluxNote, its software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and service content are owned by FluxNote or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term. You may not copy, resell, or create a competing service from the service except as permitted by law.

9. Availability, deletion, and changes

FluxNote is provided online and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, or events outside our control. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You can delete documents and other content through the product where those controls are available. Deleted content may remain in a trash or operational retention window before it is permanently removed. See the Privacy Policy for current retention practices. 10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxNote is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service or AI output will be accurate, complete, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxNote will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to FluxNote for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to a competent court at the operator’s registered office, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as FluxNote changes. We will update the date above and, where required, give additional notice. If you continue using the service after an update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
