Refund Policy

1. Subscription plans

FluxNote has a free plan and three paid monthly plans. There is no paid trial. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled:

Free is a notes and manual-editing plan with up to 5 Structure documents and no Skills or Memory system. Core and higher plans include unlimited Structure documents and the complete Skills and Memory systems; Pro and Max differ from Core by their monthly point allowance.

Points are the product’s model-usage unit. They are not currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused points do not carry into a later period.

2. Refund policy

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Because Core and higher plans include access to the complete writing system, including unlimited Structure documents, Skills, and Memory, refund eligibility is not determined solely by unused points.

We generally provide a full refund for the most recent paid period when you contact us promptly and have not used AI points or the paid features included in your plan. We may also issue a full or partial refund when you were charged in error, paid more than once, were charged but did not receive the promised access, or a material service problem prevented access.

If you have used AI points or paid features during the current period, a refund is not normally available. We may review exceptional cases individually. We do not promise a fixed partial-refund formula, and points are not converted into a cash value for refunds. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel or manage a paid plan through the Creem customer portal or the management link in your Creem receipt. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while leaving your paid access available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling alone does not automatically refund the current period.

4. When a refund is approved

• There was a duplicate, erroneous, or otherwise incorrect charge.
• You paid but the account or subscription was not activated as promised.
• A material service outage or failure prevented access to the paid service.
• You contact us promptly after a recent charge and have not used AI points or paid features.
• A refund is required by applicable law or another mandatory consumer protection rule.

When a refund is processed, FluxNote may remove the refunded period’s subscription access and any remaining points from that period. This does not affect any mandatory consumer right.

5. Requests and processing

To request a refund, email ezra.su@fluxlinks.com with:

• the email address on your FluxNote account;
• your plan and the billing period concerned; and
• the Creem receipt, order ID, or transaction ID, if available.

Never send your full card number or password by email. We may verify account ownership and review the period’s usage and payment records before deciding a request. Approved refunds are submitted through Creem and returned according to the payment provider’s processing procedures.

6. Statutory rights and exceptions

This policy does not remove or reduce a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or other consumer right that applies to you under law. Creem’s Buyer Terms and applicable law may provide additional location-specific rights for some buyers, including rights relating to digital services. If FluxNote charged you in error, failed to provide the paid service, or the service was materially defective, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

This policy does not create a guaranteed refund right for used services, points, or future periods. We may process a full or partial refund at our discretion for a billing error, service failure, or other fair-resolution case, but no fixed partial-refund formula applies.

7. Payment support
