Purchases made through Paddle are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms andPaddle Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location always take priority over this policy.
1. Subscription plans
FluxNote has a free plan and two paid monthly plans. There is no paid trial. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled:
| Plan | Monthly subscription | Points included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 |
| Pro | $20 | 2,000 |
| Max | $40 | 4,000 |
Points are the product’s model-usage unit. They are not currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and unused points do not carry into a later period.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel or manage a paid plan through the Paddle customer portal or the management link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while leaving your paid access available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling alone does not automatically refund the current period.
3. Proportional refund approach
Subject to the mandatory rights and exceptions below, FluxNote may approve a refund for the current paid period based on the unused share of the points included in that period. The intended calculation is:
Eligible refund = amount paid for the current subscription period × (included points − points used) ÷ included points.
The calculation uses the subscription amount actually paid for that period. Paddle handles taxes, discounts, currency conversion, credits, and the final transaction amount where applicable.
Example: if you paid $20 for Pro, received 2,000 points, and used 1,000 points in the current period, the unused share is 50% and the calculated refund amount is $10 before any transaction- specific adjustment handled by Paddle.
FluxNote’s internal model-cost accounting is not a separate price list and does not change this customer-facing calculation. Usage may be shown with fractional points, so FluxNote may use its billing ledger when reviewing a request.
4. Requests and processing
Refunds are not guaranteed to be automatic. To request one, email ezra.su@fluxlinks.com with:
- the email address on your FluxNote account;
- your plan and the billing period concerned; and
- the Paddle receipt or transaction ID, if available.
Never send your full card number or password by email. We may verify account ownership and review the period’s usage before deciding the request. Approved refunds are submitted through Paddle and are generally returned to the original payment method under Paddle’s processing rules.
5. Statutory rights and exceptions
This policy does not remove or reduce a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or other consumer right that applies to you under law. Paddle’s policy contains additional location- specific rights for some buyers, including rights relating to digital services. If FluxNote charged you in error, failed to provide the paid service, or the service was materially defective, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
The proportional approach applies only to the current paid subscription period and is based on available usage and transaction records. It does not apply to the free plan, unused future periods, or points that were never purchased, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
6. Payment support
For a missing receipt, payment-method question, or Paddle portal problem, use the support information in your Paddle receipt or customer portal. For FluxNote access, points, or service questions, contact ezra.su@fluxlinks.com.
